Free testosterone increased over time in the forskolin group, while the between-group change in total testosterone was not statistically significant.
This study is encouraging because it measured human outcomes under controlled conditions. It is also only one small trial in a specific population. It does not tell us whether every man, dose, extract, or formula will produce the same response.
