RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To start your return, email us at cs@noophoric.com. Do not return any items without first contacting us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS    

For products received defective or damaged, please contact us at cs@noophoric.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Our money-back guarantee is redeemable for up to 30 days after the purchase date for up to (1) bottle.

This guarantee is not valid for multiple items and each customer/household may only apply for a refund once.
