Privacy policy
Effective date: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Noophoric LLC ("Noophoric," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.noophoric.com (the "Site"), contact us, subscribe to our communications, participate in a promotion, submit a review, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").
Noophoric LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Noophoric processes through the Services and to information we receive in connection with Noophoric products sold through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart. When you interact directly with a marketplace, social network, payment provider, or other third party, that third party's privacy notice also applies to its own collection and use of information.
The Services and our products are intended for adults in the United States. They are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information processed solely on behalf of another business or to websites and services that we do not control.
Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact and identifying information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account identifier, and social-media handle.
- Account information, such as your login credentials, saved addresses, account preferences, and account history.
- Order, subscription, and commercial information, such as products viewed or purchased, cart contents, order history, subscription selections and status, discounts, returns, refunds, customer-service history, and purchasing preferences.
- Payment and transaction information, such as payment method, billing information, transaction identifiers, authorization status, and fraud-screening results. Payment-card information is processed by our payment providers; Noophoric does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
- Device and online activity information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, cookie and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, dates and times of visits, interactions with the Site and advertisements, and other information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies.
- Marketing and communications information, such as email and SMS subscription status, marketing preferences, promotion participation, messages, and engagement with emails, texts, and advertisements.
- Customer-service and user-submitted information, such as the contents of emails, text messages, social-media messages, support requests, product reviews, survey responses, photographs, and other material you choose to provide.
- Marketplace and partner information, such as order, shipping, customer-service, referral, and attribution information received from marketplaces, affiliates, creators, advertising partners, or other business partners.
- Inferences and preferences, such as likely product interests or general marketing preferences derived from shopping activity. We do not use routine visits to a menopause-related landing page or ordinary product purchases to create a profile identifying a person as having menopause or another health condition.
- Consumer health information you voluntarily provide, such as symptoms, health experiences, pregnancy or menopause information, medications, or adverse-event details included in a support request or review. We do not ask for this information through a quiz, intake form, or health assessment. Our handling of consumer health information is described in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Sources of personal information
We collect personal information:
- Directly from you, including when you place an order, create an account, enroll in a subscription, contact us, join an email or SMS list, enter a promotion, or submit a review.
- Automatically from your browser or device through cookies, pixels, tags, server logs, and similar technologies.
- From Shopify and the applications and service providers used to operate the Site.
- From payment processors, fraud-prevention services, fulfillment providers, carriers, subscription providers, and other companies involved in completing a transaction.
- From advertising, analytics, social-media, affiliate, and creator platforms.
- From marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart when information is provided to us for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, product safety, or another permitted seller function.
- From other sources at your direction or with your consent.
We do not purchase consumer mailing lists or lists of personal information.

- Process payments and fulfill, ship, manage, and support orders and subscriptions.
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Communicate about orders, subscriptions, returns, refunds, safety matters, and customer-service requests.
- Send email and SMS marketing where permitted and consistent with your choices.
- Personalize the Site and recommend products based on general shopping activity.
- Measure Site performance, understand how the Services are used, and conduct testing and analytics.
- Advertise and measure advertising, subject to the choices described below.
- Administer promotions, discounts, affiliate programs, reviews, and surveys.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
- Protect our customers, business, rights, property, and Services.
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, product-quality, and regulatory records.
- Investigate and report product complaints or adverse events and comply with dietary-supplement safety obligations.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with law, legal process, and governmental requests.
- Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
We may aggregate or deidentify information so that it cannot reasonably be linked to an identifiable person. We will maintain deidentified information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law to test our deidentification processes.
How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- Commerce and hosting providers. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site and may use information from your interactions with our store, Shopify, and other merchants to provide and improve Shopify services, fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, and advertising features. These services can involve processing in the United States, Canada, and other countries. Learn more in Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Payment, order, and subscription providers, including payment processors, fraud-screening services, Recharge, fulfillment providers, warehouses, and shipping carriers.
- Communications and customer-engagement providers, including Klaviyo and providers supporting email, SMS, customer service, and notifications.
- Review and user-content providers, including Judge.me, when you submit or interact with a review.
- Advertising, analytics, attribution, and social-media providers, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Triple Whale, Shopify, and Collabs, as described under "Cookies and targeted advertising."
- Website, testing, search, and business-operations providers, including providers that support hosting, page building, conversion testing, cart functions, search, product feeds, accounting, bookkeeping, security, information technology, business administration, and store management.
- Marketplaces and business partners, including Amazon, Walmart, affiliates, and creators, where necessary to provide products, measure referrals, comply with marketplace rules, or manage a business relationship.
- Professional advisers and authorities, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, and government agencies where reasonably necessary or legally required.
- Transaction parties, in connection with an actual or proposed corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
Service providers may process personal information only for the services they provide to us and as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law. Some advertising and social-media providers may act as independent businesses for certain processing.
Shopify Network Intelligence
Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled for our store. This permits Shopify to use information from customer interactions with our store together with interactions with Shopify and other merchants to provide enhanced services. Those services can include fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, product improvement, and advertising features. Certain uses may constitute "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under state privacy laws.
You can opt out through our Your Privacy Choices link, by using a browser that sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or directly through the Shopify Privacy Portal. Noophoric and Shopify will process applicable opt-out and deletion requests as required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, server-side connections, and similar technologies to:
- Keep the Site functioning, remember preferences, maintain carts and accounts, and support checkout.
- Protect the Site and detect fraud.
- Measure traffic, performance, and customer interactions.
- Conduct testing and improve the Site.
- Measure advertising and, where permitted, provide advertising based on activity across websites or services.
You can manage available choices through the Cookie Preferences and Your Privacy Choices links in the Site footer. You can also adjust browser settings, although blocking necessary technologies may prevent parts of the Site from functioning properly.
Where required, we recognize opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because these signals are device- and browser-specific, you may need to use them on each browser and device.
Our Shopify privacy controls govern Shopify pixels and participating applications. Manually installed or independently operated third-party technologies may have separate controls, which we configure to respect applicable privacy choices where technically supported and legally required.
Targeted advertising, sale, and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include making online identifiers and activity available to advertising or analytics partners in exchange for advertising, measurement, or other services.
During the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information that may have been sold, shared, or processed for targeted advertising include:
- Identifiers and online identifiers, such as IP address, cookie ID, device ID, email address or telephone number in hashed or otherwise protected form.
- Internet or electronic-network activity, such as Site visits, ad interactions, referral information, and product-page activity.
- Commercial information, such as products viewed, placed in a cart, or purchased and associated transaction value.
- Approximate location derived from IP address.
- General shopping or product-interest inferences.
The categories of recipients include advertising, social-media, analytics, attribution, affiliate, and commerce-platform providers, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Triple Whale, Shopify, and Collabs.
Noophoric does not authorize these providers to receive medical conditions, medications, pregnancy status, lab results, support-message content, review text, health-assessment answers, or person-level health-concern fields for targeted advertising. We do not create or disclose advertising audiences that identify people as having menopause or another health condition.
You may opt out by selecting Your Privacy Choices in the Site footer or by sending a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
Email and SMS marketing
If you subscribe to marketing, we may use your contact information and engagement history to send promotions, product information, and other marketing. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
You can unsubscribe from email by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or following the instructions in the message. We may send nonmarketing communications needed to complete transactions or administer an existing subscription even if you opt out of marketing.
We do not sell or disclose mobile-message opt-in information or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may provide this information to vendors that help us operate our messaging program, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
Promotional discounts and financial incentives
From time to time, we may offer a voluntary discount or other promotional benefit in exchange for joining an email or SMS marketing program, including a first-order discount when displayed on a sign-up form. The amount of the discount or benefit, eligibility requirements, expiration, product exclusions, and other material offer terms will be displayed with the applicable offer and are incorporated into this notice.
You opt in by voluntarily submitting the applicable sign-up form and, for SMS where required, completing the confirmation steps described in the form or message. To participate, you provide the information requested by the offer, which may include your email address or mobile telephone number, together with associated marketing-consent, sign-up-source, and communication-engagement information. We use this information to provide the benefit; send and measure the communications you selected; maintain your preferences and opt-out records; prevent duplicate or fraudulent redemption; and operate and improve the program. We may disclose this information to service providers that support our email, SMS, ecommerce, analytics, and fraud-prevention activities. We do not require you to provide health information to participate.
Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, replying STOP to a marketing text, or emailing cs@noophoric.com. Withdrawal will not invalidate a discount already lawfully applied, but it may end eligibility for future benefits that require active participation.
The value of the personal information associated with a promotional program varies. We make a good-faith estimate based on the benefit offered, the anticipated revenue associated with participants, and the expenses of providing and administering the program. We believe the value of the information is reasonably related to the value of the benefit offered. If the terms displayed with a particular offer conflict with this section, the specific offer terms control.
Reviews and public content
Product reviews and other content you submit for publication may be displayed publicly with the name or identifier you provide. Do not include medical records, diagnoses, medications, contact information, or other sensitive information in a public review. We may moderate or remove content consistent with our terms, product-safety responsibilities, and applicable law.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain subscriptions and accounts, comply with tax, accounting, product-safety, and other legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud.
Retention depends on the nature of the information and our relationship with you. For example:
- Order, payment, tax, subscription, and core transaction records are generally retained for up to seven years after the transaction or end of the applicable customer relationship, unless a longer period is required.
- Routine customer-service communications are generally retained for up to three years after the matter is closed.
- Dietary-supplement adverse-event reports and related records are retained for at least six years where required by law.
- Marketing records are retained while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to document your preferences and honor opt-outs.
- Reviews and other published content may remain until removed, no longer needed, or deleted in response to a valid request, subject to legal exceptions.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and technical records are retained for periods appropriate to the relevant risk and legal requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles, legal holds, and lawful exceptions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information.
- Where required by law, request a list of specific third parties, other than individual consumers, to which we have disclosed personal information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
- Limit or withdraw consent for certain sensitive personal-information processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Appeal our refusal to act on a request.

To exercise these rights, email cs@noophoric.com with the subject line Privacy Request, or use the applicable privacy controls in the Site footer. Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information supplied for verification only to process the request.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may request proof of the agent's authority and may need to verify your identity directly.
If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing cs@noophoric.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will provide information about any further complaint options that apply.
Consumer health-data rights and procedures are described in our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
California direct-marketing requests
California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request information, if any, about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties' own direct-marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. To submit a request, email cs@noophoric.com with the subject line California Direct Marketing Request and include your name, email address, and mailing address. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
The Services and our products are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe an individual under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact cs@noophoric.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
International processing
Noophoric currently markets and ships through the Site to the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States, Canada, and other countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where legally required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or Services. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. If required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
